Maarten Gielen

Maarten Gielen is an experienced professional currently serving as a member of the advisory committee for the chair of HRM & Social Security at Tilburg University since November 2023. As the General Director of IBN since July 2006, Gielen focuses on facilitating employment and providing suitable work opportunities for individuals needing extra assistance. Gielen is also involved with Cedris as a board member and holds roles in various organizations including the supervisory board of RIBW Brabant and the supervisory board of Stichting Join us. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Consultant at Fagro and Consultant at Ordina, along with educational achievements from Maastricht University and several leadership and business programs.
