Emma Griesser

Emma Griesser is an experienced professional currently serving as Interim Manager for the Salesforce CRM Team and Process Improvement Manager at Ibotta, Inc. Since July 2021, Emma has led a significant project that improved offer set up accuracy and efficiency, resulting in a 90% reduction in offer redemptions from customer submitted UPCs and launching three tools across five teams. Prior to Ibotta, Emma worked as a Process Engineer and participated in the Engineering Rotational Program at Ingevity, gaining valuable experience across multiple production facilities. Previous roles include an Interdisciplinary Design Consultant at Bucknell University and a Manufacturing Leadership Intern at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University.
