Aaron Han, MBA, CSM has a diverse work experience. Aaron is currently working as a Project Manager at Imagine Believe Realize, LLC. Aaron joined the company in August 2021. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from September 2019 to August 2021. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, they served as a Business Development Representative at the Maryland Chamber of Commerce from October 2018 to March 2019. Aaron also has experience working in the US Navy as a Defense Travel Administrator from December 2010 to December 2014.

Aaron Han has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Aaron also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Technology Administration from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Additionally, Aaron has obtained several certifications including Project Management Essentials from the Management and Strategy Institute, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) as well as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications from the Scrum Alliance.
