POSITION
Account Manager (Sales) – IBS Technology Int’l HK Ltd (Malaysia Representative Office)
Location: Suntech @ Penang Cybercity, Bayan Lepas, Penang
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Overview
You will be managing multiple customer accounts and develop those customers for long term strategic partnerships by selling IBS’s supply chain solutions. For this, you will gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs and translate those to sales opportunities. You will have a solid grasp of the customer’s decision-making process. You need to also have a deep understanding of IBS products and strengths. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales Engineers to promote IBS to both existing and potential customers.
You will facilitate the sales process from beginning to end by providing quotes to customers and ensuring orders are properly processed and delivered. You are expected to also deliver excellent customer support and visit customers regularly to continually and proactively keep up to date on their needs and market trends.
Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our customers relationships at a high standard.
