Chithra Menon

Chithra Menon is a Senior Software Engineer at IBS Software, involved with the Digital Innovation NLP Team since September 2019, focusing on the development of a Mailbot and an NLP engine for entity extraction using NER models. Previously, Chithra held the position of System Engineer at Infosys from December 2017 to August 2019, contributing to the creation of a chatbot and gaining expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and machine learning. Chithra possesses skills in Python, Django, NLP, Machine Learning, and Angular, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Sree Narayana Gurukulam of Engineering, completed in 2017.
