Girish Srikrishna Paranjpe

Girish Paranjpe is the Operating partner at Advent International and serves as an Independent director at IBS Software Services. Having Led Wipro’s IT business worth USD 5.8 billion with an employee strength of over one lakh spread over 54 countries, Mr. Paranjpe Served as the Co-CEO of Wipro’s IT Business from 2008-2011 and was a member of the Board of Directors of Wipro Ltd. He also served as the President – Financial Services Consulting & Marketing from 2002 to 2006, Head - Financial Services for two years until 2002 and CFO – IT Business from 1995-2000. Mr. Paranjpe has represented the IT Industry in various public forums including the Prime Minister's Task Force on Information Technology, the NASSCOM, International Advisory Board of Credit Agricole (top three French Banks) and leading global business schools. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
