Neha Rathor

Neha Rathor has a diverse work experience that includes roles in project leadership, senior analysis, business operations, and content engineering. Neha currently works as a Project Lead at IBS Software since 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Analyst at Deloitte India from October 2020 to December 2021 and an Analyst from December 2016 to October 2020. Prior to Deloitte, Neha worked as a Business Operations Specialist at Amazon Development Centre India from December 2014 to December 2016. Neha also gained experience as an Analyst in Content Engineering at GlobalLogic from November 2013 to November 2014. Neha started their career as a Summer Intern at TATA Tinplate in April 2012.

Neha Rathor has a diverse education history. Neha earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM/MBA) with a focus on Information Technology from Xavier Institute of Social Service from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra from 2007 to 2010. Neha also attended D.A.V Public School from 2005 to 2007 and Bishop Westcott Girls' School from 1994 to 2005, where they obtained their CBSE and ICSE degrees, respectively. In addition to their formal education, Neha also holds a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in July 2021.
