Sharath Nataraj

Sharath Nataraj has over 16 years of work experience, starting in 2005 with Tata Consultancy Services where they worked as a Developer and IT analyst for Target Corporation. In 2010, they joined UST as a Technical Lead and Associate Project Manager, where they worked until 2015. From 2015 to the present, they have been with IBS Software, initially as a Senior Data Scientist and currently as the Principal Data Scientist. At IBS, their responsibilities include growing the data science practice, building analytical solutions, leading a team of data scientists and ML developers, and providing data science consulting. Sharath has developed a generalized demand forecasting solution with various models and has utilized Classification and Clustering techniques for route segmentation.

Sharath Nataraj obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Analytics and Data Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at TKM College of Engineering, Kollam, from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Sharath has obtained certifications in various areas, including Introduction to Analytics Modeling from edX, Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and PMP from the Project Management Institute. Sharath has also completed courses in Data Science and Machine Learning from Udemy.
