Vijayakumar Pandian

Vijayakumar Pandian is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of APAC & ME - CDx at IBS Software since July 2025, Vijayakumar drives the growth of IT services in the region. Prior to this, Vijayakumar held multiple positions at LTIMindtree, including AVP & Head of AIOps Solution Design and AVP for AWS Business. At LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Vijayakumar managed a significant BFSI portfolio and played a pivotal role in expanding operations in Africa. Earlier experience includes establishing the BFSI division for Cranes Software in Asia-Pacific, along with key roles in business analysis and development at various firms. Vijayakumar's academic background includes a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
