Dana Neufville has a diverse range of work experience starting in 2016. Dana began their career as a Voter Operations Judge for Montgomery County Government, where they were responsible for various duties associated with each functional area in a polling location. In 2018, Dana worked as a Transportation Security Officer for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, providing security and protection to travelers at Baltimore Washington International Airport. Additionally, Dana played a role in the record-breaking passenger screening during Super Bowl LIII at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. From 2016 to 2019, Dana served as a Restaurant Associate for Erickson Living, ensuring exceptional service for residents and guests at the Riderwood dining room. Most recently, Dana worked as a Fulfillment Center Associate for Amazon, where they provided stellar customer service for Amazon Prime customers at Whole Foods Market, particularly during the pandemic. Dana used the PN Seller app to address customer needs and efficiently process items for delivery or pick-up within a two-hour timeframe. Dana is currently a Cybersecurity Apprentice at IBSS, starting in 2022.
