Adam Massie

Adam Massie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Adam began their career in 2000 as a Web Administrator/Programmer Analyst at Fixtures Furniture Mfg, where they built and maintained company websites and applications. In 2004, they joined Helzberg Diamonds as a Senior Programmer Analyst, where they focused on RPG ILE/IV programming and Java development.

Adam then moved on to IBT, Inc in 2006, where they held the role of Systems Architect. Adam designed new systems using various programming languages and managed a pricing maintenance suite. Adam later became an ISG Information Systems Architect, planning and designing systems for ISG needs and developing data and web systems.

At IBT Industrial Solutions, Adam's work experience includes roles such as Director of Enterprise Applications, where they worked with company leaders to identify business needs and deliver technology-based solutions, and Director of Product Content & Strategy, where they led the strategic acquisition and creation of product content for the company's ECommerce presence. Adam then served as the Associate Vice President of Supply Chain, managing logistics operations, inventory analysis, and supplier engagement strategies. Currently, Adam holds the position of Vice President of Supply Chain, where they implemented strategies to eliminate redundant purchasing activity and reduce overstock inventory.

Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated a strong skill set in technology, supply chain management, and leadership, consistently delivering results and driving continuous improvement within the organizations they have worked for.

Adam Massie completed their education at two institutions. From 1989 to 1994, they attended Missouri State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Mathematics, and Writing. Following this, they pursued further education at Washington University in St. Louis, from 1994 to 1998, graduating with a Master of Arts degree in Social-Political Philosophy.
