Danny Buxie

Danny Buxie has a diverse work experience in finance and management roles. Danny started their career as a Vice President at The Bell Groups, where they brokered loan closings for land acquisitions. Danny then worked as a Senior Accountant at Security Savings Bank, where they monitored liquidity and cash flow.

Danny then joined the City of Olathe's City Manager's Office, where they performed analysis on surveys and demographic studies and presented the findings. Danny also researched processes to improve efficiencies.

After that, Danny worked as a Financial Analyst at Equity Bank, managing an investment portfolio and performing analysis projects related to potential acquisitions.

Next, they joined Hotel Management and Consulting as the Director of Finance and Operations, where they project managed portfolio-wide initiatives, created budgets for multiple hotels, and served as a liaison between finance and operations.

Most recently, Danny has been working at IBT Industrial Solutions. Danny started as a Financial Planning Analysis Manager, then became the Director of Finance, and currently holds the position of Vice President Finance.

Danny Buxie obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration/Accounting from MidAmerica Nazarene University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 2011 and 2013. In addition to their degrees, Danny Buxie obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Kansas Board of Accountancy in September 2019.
