Currently, Jai serves as the Chief Executive Officer at IBT, a prominent BPO company in the Middle East, where responsibilities include planning the vision and strategic direction of the business, ensuring market growth globally, and overseeing key accounts and teams. Jai's educational background includes a B.C.A in IT from Navgujarat College of Computer Applications.
