Kristin Canning currently serves as Team Lead and Senior Client Experience Manager at iBTR since November 2022. Kristin’s experience began at ebenefit Marketplace (ebm) as a Project Manager from December 2013 to January 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing the planning and implementation of a variety of client services. Kristin began a career in member services at Yale New Haven Healthcare Federal Credit Union from May 2008 to December 2013. Kristin's educational background includes studies at CT State Gateway and Southern Connecticut State University.
