Emily Parrish

Emily Parrish has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations for the Property and Casualty (P&C) Department at IBTX Risk Services since October 2004. In this role, Emily manages P&C operations across South Texas, overseeing large commercial, small/middle market commercial, and personal lines, while also leading a processing department in San Antonio and DFW. With a strong focus on agency automation, training, and quality control, Emily has developed and implemented processes for new and existing employees. Prior experience includes serving as a Commercial Account Manager at Billy Greaves Insurance Agency, Inc., where Emily handled a variety of large and small accounts, and as Agency Support at Frost Insurance (PIA Professional Insurance Agents).
