Kim Wilson

Kim Wilson is the current Director at iBUILD Global. Prior to their role at iBUILD, they served as the Tech Talent Manager at Rakuten Americas from September 2018 to January 2021. In this role, they oversaw Technical Recruiting for the Americas, and was responsible for Dev Ops, SQA, Product Designers and Product Managers, Full Stack Engineers, Data Science, and Machine Learning Engineers. Kim has experience with Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, and Workday Recruiter.
