Chad A. Forsyth

Chad A. Forsyth serves as the Sr. Director of Operations at iC Consult, a position held since January 2022, bringing extensive experience in operational leadership and relationship management. Previously, Chad held a similar role at ICSynergy from June 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities included contract negotiations, consultant billing, help desk management, and project delivery for an IAM consulting firm. Prior to that, Chad served as Sr. Manager at Capgemini U.S. LLC from May 2004 to September 2014, overseeing a large-scale program for a major telecom client with significant P&L responsibilities. Chad's career also includes managerial roles at Telvista and CompUSA, where leadership in call center operations and team development was demonstrated.
