i.c.stars |* Milwaukee is an immersive, technology-based leadership training program for promising young adults. For us to consider your application, you must attend a video call information session where you will learn about our program. Applicants take part in an extensive, multi-hour assessment involving screening interviews and problem-solving skills.

Our selection process is designed to understand you as an individual, including your ability to overcome adversity, your curiosity and interest in technology and your potential for leadership.

Our minimum requirements:

• Minimum age 18 or older
• Demonstrate financial need
• GED recipient or High School graduate, No Bachelor degrees accepted
• Available to attend internship 8AM–8PM, Monday–Friday for 16 weeks
• 6 months previous full-time work experience
• Agree to a strict "On Time, No Absence" policy
