Barbara’s positive nature, can-do personality, dependability, and professionalism make her a perfect fit at ICA. Barbara’s organization, attention to detail, and proclivity for being a team player are all traits that make her a valuable asset in terms of coordinating activities that ICA is involved in, both within and outside the organization.

Furthermore, her ability to make ICA’s Clients feel valued on the phone and in person, coupled with her courteous manner, has served her well in her role as the “voice” of ICA.

Barbara diligently coordinates a variety of projects and serves many functions for the Associates, which contributes to the smooth running of the office. She also manages key aspects of ICA’s systems and procedures, which supports the practice groups at large. In addition, Barbara is the custodian of ICA’s Library and Research Center®, which is fundamental to ICA’s service deliverables to its clients.

Prior to joining the ICA family, Barbara worked in various administrative and supportive roles to executives, for a variety of industries, which included an organization that specializes in worker’s compensation and the recapture of insurance premiums.

Barbara shares her passion for volunteerism and community service with many ICA professionals and support staff. She has served on the Board of her condominium association and regularly volunteers at a local animal shelter, as well as a therapeutic equine riding program, which she currently supports on an ongoing basis.
