Izabela Kowalczyk

Izabela Kowalczyk currently serves as the Head of HR Poland at RedCompass Labs since October 2023, where responsibilities include collaborating with senior management to define HR strategies and implement procedures aligned with organizational goals. Previously, Izabela held the position of HR Manager at RedCompass Labs, focusing on operational HR management and employee lifecycle processes. Prior experience includes significant roles such as IT HR Business Partner and Senior HR Specialist at KIR S.A., where Izabela was deeply involved in recruitment, compliance, and employee development initiatives. Early career experience includes leadership and coordination roles at the National Center for Supporting Vocational and Continuing Education. Izabela holds a Master's degree in Pedagogy from the University of Warsaw, along with several postgraduate qualifications in human resources and talent management.
