Niall Prenty has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Niall started their career as a Trainee Accountant at Frank Lynch & Co in 1993 and worked there until 1994. Niall then joined Avnet Lyco as a Finance Manager from 1995 to 1996. In 1997, they worked as a Financial Accountant at the Financial Times (Information). From 1998 to 2005, Niall served as an ERP Project Manager & Finance Consultant at Iprent Solutions. In 2006, they joined Access Accounting Ireland as a Project Manager, responsible for business software deployments and introducing project management practices. In 2007, they became the CEO of MXSweep. In 2008, Niall joined De La Rue as a Project Manager until 2012. Currently, they are working at iCabbi, where they started as the Business Development Director in 2012 and now holds the position of Chief Customer Officer.

Niall Prenty completed their education history as follows: In 1992, they obtained a BA in Accounting & Finance from Dublin City University. In 1994, they became a Certified Accountant through ACCA. In 2007, they earned a Diploma in Management from Dublin Business School. In 2017, they attended the altMBA program. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including being a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant of Ireland in 1995 and an Optimize Coach in 2021.
