Caryn Tiger Paillex

Caryn Tiger Paillex is the current Dean for Faculty, Staff, and Trainee Relations at Icahn School of Medicine. Caryn has worked in the field of human resources for over 20 years. Caryn started their career as an Employee Relations Specialist at St. Vincent Medical Center. Caryn then became the Director of Human Resources at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. In 2015, they left Mount Sinai to become the Dean for Faculty, Staff, and Trainee Relations at Icahn School of Medicine.

Caryn Tiger Paillex received their Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University/Baruch college. Caryn received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management and human resources from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York.
