Miguel Tellechea

Miguel Tellechea has extensive experience in the field of organizational effectiveness and human resources. Miguel worked as a Program Director & Professor at ICAMI Centro de Formación y Perfeccionamiento Directivo since 2013 and as a Professor at Universidad Cuauhtémoc Querétaro since 2012. Prior to that, Miguel was a Partner & Senior Consultant at IMPULSA CONSULTING, where they focused on organizational development and business processes management. Miguel also served as the Organizational Effectiveness Manager - Corporate at GEUSA Grupo Embotelladoras Unidas, S.A.B. de C.V., where they managed a transformational process and supported corporate incentives and loyalty programs. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Prime Action Consulting de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., and as a Human Resources Director at Qualitas Compañía de Seguros, focusing on talent management and establishing HR processes.

Miguel Tellechea completed their education in a chronological order. Miguel obtained a High School Certificate in Elementary, Middle, and High School from Instituto Cumbres in Ciudad de Mexico from 1961 to 1973. Miguel then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, from 1973 to 1977. Finally, they attended IPADE Business School from 1979 to 1981 to earn an MBA in Maestría en Alta Dirección de Empresas.
