Michael Rauch

Michael Rauch has a diverse range of work experience. Michael began their career as a Student Teacher at MVCTC in 2009 before transitioning into a role as a Systems Designer at Midwest Temperature Controls in 2012. Michael was responsible for designing heating and air systems, educating customers on their usage, and providing IT support. In 2013, they joined Wright State University as a ServiceNow Developer, where they implemented and supported the ServiceNow platform within a higher education environment. Michael also played a key role in developing ITSM processes and managing improvement initiatives. Following their time at Wright State University, Michael worked at Cincinnati Bell as a ServiceNow Application Analyst, providing support and administration for business applications. Since 2019, Michael has been with GlideFast Consulting, first as a ServiceNow Senior Developer, then transitioning to a role as Service Delivery Manager and ServiceNow Sr. Developer, and currently serving as a Senior Architect and Service Delivery Director.

Michael Rauch has a solid educational background in the field of computer science and software development. Michael began their education at Miamisburg High School, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2010. Michael then enrolled in the Miami Valley Career Technology Center from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a diploma in Computer Information Technology Tech Prep.

Continuing their education, Michael attended Sinclair Community College from 2009 to 2015, where they pursued an Associate's Degree in Software Development. After completing their studies at Sinclair, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Wright State University from 2015 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Michael Rauch has obtained several certifications in various areas related to their field.
