Elias Alevizos currently serves as President & Group Chief Executive Officer at ICAP Outsourcing Solutions since August 2022. Prior to this role, Elias held significant leadership positions within ICAP CRIF and ICAP Group as Executive Director of Human Capital from March 2010 to July 2022, and with PricewaterhouseCoopers from May 1998 to December 2009 as Human Resources & Administration Director. Elias' extensive expertise includes managing HR departments, liaising HR effectiveness with business goals, and leading significant organizational changes during mergers. Earlier career experiences include roles at ExxonMobil, Coca-Cola HBC, and Lamda Vita Ca Trading SA, where Elias demonstrated success in HR policies, personnel management, and project coordination. Elias holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Stirling and a BSc in Business Administration from The American College of Greece.
