Global Assistant Vice President Of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at iCapital Network

Amanda Cedeño has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they worked at iCapital as the Global Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Additionally, Amanda managed diversity, equity, and inclusion business resource group strategy initiatives and implemented the Enterprise's first Inclusion and Diversity Council communication framework.

Amanda's previous experience includes roles at Greenfield Global, where they served as the Global Business Manager and Executive Assistant to the President and as a Global Sales Specialist and Executive Assistant to the Vice President. Amanda also worked at the Law Office of Eugene L. DeFronzo as a paralegal, at New Opportunities, Inc. as a Human Resources and Employment Assistant, at the Community Action Committee of Danbury as an Office Administrative Assistant, and at Barnes Avenue Medical Associates as a Medical Office Receptionist.

Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Amanda Cedeño's education history includes a Master of Professional Studies (M.P.S) degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations, with a concentration in Ethics and Leadership, from Penn State University. Amanda attended Penn State University from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Justice and Law Administration from Western Connecticut State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Amanda's secondary education was completed at Danbury High School from 2005 to 2007, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.

In addition to their formal education, Amanda has also obtained several certifications.
