Diogo Aleixo

Diogo Aleixo has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Diogo started their career as a Trainer at Nerga - Associação Empresarial da Região da Guarda where they provided training on network security. Diogo then worked as a Mobile Application Developer at DynamikSurprise before transitioning to the role of Sys and Network Admin at Wavecom- Soluções Rádio, SA, where they managed networks and provided IT support. Diogo then worked as a Software Engineer at BOLD International and Altran, gaining experience in software development. Diogo joined GoContact as a Scrum Master and Full Stack Engineer, ensuring agile practices and communicating with the product owner. Diogo later became a Full Stack Engineer at GoContact. Diogo then worked at Isobar Switzerland as a Tech lead and Software Engineer, where they led multiple projects and maintained existing applications. Most recently, Diogo worked at bolttech as an Engineering Manager, overseeing the development process and promoting collaboration between different teams. Diogo is currently serving as the Vice President of Frontend Engineering at iCapital.

Diogo Aleixo completed their Licentiate degree in Informatics Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico da Guarda in 2014. Diogo then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Mobile Computing from the same institution, graduating in 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Diogo obtained the Cisco certified network associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco in January 2013. Diogo also achieved the Mikrotik certified network associate (MTCNA) certification from MikroTik.hr in April 2013. In November 2014, Diogo obtained the Cisco certified network associate security (CCNAS) certification from Cisco. Additionally, they acquired the LPI-0 and LPI-1 certifications from the Linux Professional Institute in May 2015 and December 2015 respectively.
