Jessica Wegmann

Jessica Wegmann has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Jessica currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, People Partners and Total Rewards at iCapital Network since February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Vice President, People Partners and Total Rewards at the same company from February 2017 to February 2022.

Before joining iCapital Network, Jessica worked at Morgan Stanley for several years. Their roles at Morgan Stanley included Director - HR Generalist from January 2016 to February 2017, Director - HR Business Management from January 2015 to January 2016, Manager - HR Business Management from February 2014 to January 2015, Manager - Campus Recruiting from January 2013 to February 2014, Associate - Campus Recruiter from March 2011 to February 2013, and Campus Recruiting Coordinator from July 2010 to March 2011.

Jessica began their career at Macy's Merchandising Group, where they held the positions of Assistant Marketing Manager - Communications from July 2008 to July 2010 and Marketing Assistant from June 2007 to July 2008.

Jessica Wegmann attended Hofstra University from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Marketing. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) during their time at the university.
