Jonathan Godoy

Jonathan Godoy has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Jonathan is currently working at iCapital as an Assistant Vice President, where they are a member of the Portfolio Intelligence Team. Jonathan is involved in refining and enhancing the Portfolio Construction Tool to be used by wealth managers and their teams. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at SIMON Markets LLC, where they held various roles, including Senior Portfolio Analytics Specialist, Independent Broker Dealers and RIAs, and Structured Product and Annuities Specialist. In these roles, they focused on wealth manager adoption, relationship management, and providing tailored service to private bank clients. Before joining SIMON Markets, Jonathan worked as an Associate Financial Advisor at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and as a Recruitment Consultant at Frank Recruitment Group. Jonathan also gained experience as a Relationship Banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and as a Private Wealth Management Intern at UBS. Jonathan is currently pursuing an MBA at Fordham Gabelli School of Business.

Jonathan Godoy has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, with a focus on Investment Management, Portfolio Construction, FinTech, Alternative Investments, and Commodities. Jonathan also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Seton Hall University, where they specialized in Finance and Psychology, specifically in Financial/Investment Analysis/Valuation and Human Behavioral Sciences. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they received an Advanced Regents Diploma from Saint Joseph by the Sea High School. Additionally, Jonathan holds several certifications from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), including the General Securities Representative (Series 7), Uniform Investment Adviser Law (Series 65), and Uniform Securities Agent State Law (Series 63).
