Britt Bouts has extensive experience in talent acquisition, business development, and recruitment within various sectors, including IT consultancy, finance, legal, and insurance. Currently serving as a Talent Scout and Business Developer at icapps since April 2025, Britt previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Future Solutions and served as Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner at Cipal Schaubroeck. Prior roles include Head of Lead Generation and Lead Generation Expert at ACA Group, and project leadership, sales, and recruitment roles at Proactify®, Hydraface, Q-Park Nederland, and Van Gansewinkel. Education has been pursued at Tailor It. Britt is passionate about connecting people with opportunities and delivering quality service in recruitment and sales.
