Matthew Clingempeel

Matthew Clingempeel currently serves as a Business Operations Partner at Diagnostic Partners, Inc., focusing on assisting independent Physician Groups in enhancing patient services and generating additional revenue since June 2022. In addition, Matthew works as a Writer/Producer at Second Act Entertainment since August 2022, where responsibilities include researching film and television rights, developing storylines, and advising writers on character arcs and plot structure. Matthew is also a self-employed screenwriter specializing in comedy features and series since September 2016. Educational achievements include a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Screenwriting Certificate from UCLA, and advanced degrees in Economics and Financial Economics from Clemson University and James Madison University, respectively. Notable accomplishments in screenwriting include being a Nicholl Semifinalist in 2019 and a Quarterfinalist in 2020.
