Joseph Dipaolo

Joseph DiPaolo is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in business transformation and operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Icario since May 2022, Joseph previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Consortium Health Plans, including Chief Operating Officer. Joseph’s background includes project leadership at The Boston Consulting Group and program management at the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office, where a significant focus was on developing open software architecture for logistical support in the aerospace sector. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
