Tina Rakowski

Tina Rakowski has extensive experience in operations and account management, currently serving in an operations role at Icario since August 2021. Prior to this, Tina held positions as Associate Account Director at ICF Next and ICF Olson, where responsibilities included developing client marketing strategies, overseeing budgets and profitability, and mentoring team members. Previous roles as Account Manager at Aimia Inc. and Sr. Account Executive at Carlson Marketing involved managing project costs, timelines, and communications, while also leading initiatives for process enhancements and performance reporting. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development and Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
