Bret Newman has an extensive professional background in operations and management roles. From establishing service centers to implementing performance metrics and measures, Bret has been instrumental in driving process improvements and achieving cost savings. With a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Bret has a strong foundation in financial operations. Currently working in underwriting operations at ICAT, Bret's experience includes leadership roles at Outrigger Marketing, TIAA, and CNA Financial Corporation.
