Alex Breyer

Marketing Director at ICB Audio and Video

Alex Breyer has had a long and varied career in marketing and communications. In 1991, they began as a reporter and announcer for WNKU 89.7-FM, where they were a local reporter during NPR's Morning Edition and All Things Considered broadcast, and hosted a Sunday morning AAA-format music program. In 1993, they took on a contract assignment as a Public Affairs Assistant with the Hamilton County Department of Environmental Services. In 1995, they moved to Fund Evaluation Group, Inc. as a Communications professional. In 1996, they joined Thomson Learning as a Marketing Coordinator. In 2000, they became a Senior Marketing Copywriter and Designer for Schaeffer's Investment Research, Inc. In 2003, they were hired as the Manager of Marketing and Communications for the Taft Museum of Art. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Public Relations and Marketing Manager for the MidPoint Music Festival. Finally, from 2011 to present, they have been the Marketing Director for ICB Audio and Video, where they help customers find the right audio and video equipment for their needs.

Alex Breyer attended Ohio University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a BSJ in Journalism and Communications. Alex then attended the University of Cincinnati in 1995, where they studied Marketing.
