The board of directors at Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) has a long history of success. The organization was founded in 1975 by a group of community bankers who were committed to providing quality banking services to their customers. Today, ICBA is the largest trade association for community banks in the United States, representing more than 5,000 member banks. ICBA's members include banks of all sizes, from large regional banks to small local banks. ICBA's members are also very diverse, representing all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
