Dave Aiello

David Aiello serves as a Sales Engineer and Project Manager at ICC Community Development Solutions since February 2022, following a long tenure at Software Consulting Associates that began in January 2014. In the latter role, David has advanced from Installation Technician to Director of Support Services and Solutions Consultant, overseeing the pre and post sales cycles for cloud-based parcel management software tailored for municipal departments. Responsibilities include managing pre-sales demonstrations, strategic planning, process re-engineering, and client training. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from SUNY New Paltz.
