Laurence Demers

Laurence Demers, CRIA, is a seasoned human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and HR advisory roles. Currently serving as Conseillère en ressources humaines at ICC Industrial Chimney Company Inc. since February 2022, Laurence previously worked as a Recruteuse and Secrétaire Ressources Humaines at Metro Inc. from April 2020 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as Emploi étudiant at Revenu Québec and a position as SAP Super user EWM at Meubles Foliot, where responsibilities included data conversion and SAP support training. Laurence holds a Baccalauréat in Relations industrielles from Université Laval, completed between 2018 and 2021.
