Kymberli Wimbish, MS, MBA, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources management. Kymberli began their career in 1999 as an HR Administrator at Crowell & Moring LLP, where they implemented and designed HR and payroll information systems, created reporting systems, and oversaw performance evaluations for 600 employees. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at the American Council on Education. In 2014, they joined Miles & Stockbridge P.C. as the Chief Human Resources Officer, where they provided executive HR management for attorneys and staff colleagues across multiple offices. Since 2023, they have been serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ice Miller LLP, where they lead the firm's HR function and provides strategic HR guidance to firm leadership.
