Tauno Teras

Tauno Teras is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in radio network optimization and process architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Process Specialist at ice Norge since February 2019, Tauno focuses on enhancing rollout department processes and workflows. Previous roles include positions at Hafslund as a radio expert, and at Telenor Norge AS as a Senior Radio Network Optimization Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed GSM, UMTS, and LTE rollout verification, training, and software tool maintenance. Tauno's expertise also extends to consulting roles at Huawei and Pemetel, managing various RF-related projects. Academic achievements include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology. Proficient in several industry tools such as TEMS Discovery and Huawei M2000, Tauno combines technical knowledge with process optimization skills to drive efficiency in telecommunications projects.
