Aurora Dalia

Aurora Dalia is currently serving as an Associate Systems & Network Administrator at Ice-O-Matic since September 2023. Prior to this role, Aurora worked at HOME SHOPPING MALLS, INC. as a System Administrator, managing a team and overseeing vendor onboarding processes from September 2020 to September 2023. Previously, Aurora gained experience as a Client Support Representative at Alorica, where technical support was provided for various hardware and software issues, and as an Information Technology Representative at Dalia Building Company, responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of IT resources. Aurora holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida, earned between 2017 and 2020, and a High School Diploma from Gulf Coast High School obtained in 2017.
