Luca Sartorello

Luca Sartorello has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Luca is currently the Chief Transformation & Sustainability Officer at ICE Pharma, a global pharmaceutical ingredient producer. Prior to this, Luca was the Chief Transformation Officer at ICE Pharma and also held roles at ABC Farmaceutici Spa as a Member of the Board of Directors. Luca has also worked at Philip Morris International as the Global Head of Customer Operations RRP and Global Head of Supply Chain Reduced Risk Products. Luca's earlier experience includes working at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, where they led various improvement projects in industries such as oil and gas, transportation, and renewable energy. Luca has also served as the CEO of Sloangear, a role that lasted for a year, and worked as an Assistant Researcher at DLR - German Aerospace Center.

Luca Sartorello earned an MBA in Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2008 and also briefly attended the IESE Business School in 2007. Prior to their MBA studies, they completed a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Ferrara from 1998 to 2004. As part of an exchange program, Luca also studied at the University of Sydney in 2002, where they focused on Electrical Engineering. Luca completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico from 1993 to 1998.
