Luigi Fantin

Luigi Fantin is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Capital Engineering at Waterloo Brewing since March 2011. Prior to this role, Luigi held multiple positions at Anheuser-Busch INBEV from May 2004 to August 2010, including Maintenance Specialist, PKG Specialist, Project Implementation Manager, and Operation Project Manager. Luigi's career began at Labatt Breweries of Canada, where various roles were undertaken from May 1998 to May 2004, including Assistant Department Manager and Packaging Quality Resource Manager. Luigi holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Chemical) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from Western University, having graduated in 1998 and 1993, respectively.
