Tushar Anand serves as Director of Business Analysis at Intercontinental Exchange since September 2015, managing business and technology initiatives within a $1.5 billion Data Services unit that caters to over 100 global clients. Tushar is a key member of leadership committees, advising senior management on product roadmaps and leading a team of business analysts. Notable projects include the integration of the Bank of America Merrill Indices acquisition and the development of a SaaS fixed income portfolio management system. Prior to this, Tushar held the position of Senior Associate at MSCI Inc., focusing on reference data analysis across various financial products, and worked as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Tushar holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BIT Mesra.
