Steph Benseman is currently the Head of Portfolio Services and Head of Community at Icehouse Ventures. They have also worked as a Product Manager at Creative HQ, a Partner at First Cut Ventures, and a Marketing Communications Manager at Young Enterprise Trust. With a background in Information Systems, Management, and Commercial law, Steph has a strong foundation for their work in investing in brave Kiwi founders and supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem in New Zealand. Additionally, they have experience in co-founding startups like Filtr NZ and Reverb Boutique. Steph's diverse experience showcases their commitment to promoting an enterprising culture among young people and supporting startups in New Zealand.
