Helga Waage

Helga Waage is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in both startup and established environments. As the Co-Founder and CTO of Mobilitus since August 2008, Helga has focused on delivering innovative technical solutions for the entertainment industry, particularly in event discovery and real-time data processing. In addition to leading Mobilitus, Helga serves as a mentor for entrepreneurs at KLAK - Venture Mentoring Service and holds various board positions, including with NeckCare, where insights on health-tech advancements are shared. Previous roles include advisory positions at reKode and Fafu Ltd., co-founding the Icelandic Institute for Intelligent Machines, and foundational work at Hexia.net. Helga holds an MS in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in Computer Science from Háskóli Íslands.
