Matt Donnelly is a seasoned trading and procurement professional with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as Trading Manager at Iceland Foods since March 2018, Matt previously held various senior positions at Wilko, including Head of Household & Health & Beauty and Senior Buyer. Notable accomplishments include managing a £300m+ category, driving successful branded and own label promotions, and overseeing significant e-commerce sales growth. Prior roles included buyer positions at Asda, QVC, and Boots, where Matt demonstrated expertise in product sourcing, P&L management, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing teams. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University.
