Mathew Ealy

Mathew Ealy is a Solution Consultant at iCepts Technology Group, Inc. since June 2021, with a robust background in IT management and applications support. Previously, Mathew held roles as Senior Applications Manager and Finance & HR Application Support Manager at Rentokil Steritech North America from September 2017 to June 2021. Prior to that, Mathew served as System Administrator/IT Manager at Kinsey Archery from July 2007 to September 2017, with responsibilities including desktop, server, and SQL administration, as well as IT management and strategic planning. Additionally, Mathew coached girls lacrosse at Elizabethtown High School from November 2014 to August 2017, focusing on leadership development. Mathew earned a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp between 2016 and 2017 and attended HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College from 1995 to 1996.
