Bhushan Ramteke

Bhushan Ramteke is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Director - Global HR Business Partner at Icertis since September 2020, after progressing through roles such as Associate Director and Senior Human Resources Manager. With extensive experience in HR management, Ramteke has played a pivotal role in talent retention strategies during the "great resignation," developed a capability building model, and led the HR Business Partner team. Prior to Icertis, Ramteke held significant HR positions at Tieto, including Location HR Lead, and at Syngenta as HR Manager for the APAC region. Ramteke's academic credentials include an Executive Education program in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a Post Graduation in Human Resource from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Master’s in Labour Law from Symbiosis Law School, among others.
