Harman Kharbanda

Harman Kharbanda is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Lead - Talent Acquisition at Icertis since March 2022. Prior to this role, Harman worked at BMC Software from February 2011 to March 2022, where positions included Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Staffing Coordinator, overseeing various recruitment operations and onboarding processes. Harman began a career in recruitment at Capgemini as a Human Resources Executive, participating in large-scale recruitment initiatives across Mumbai and Pune.
